- 4 lb Roast - Bottom Round
- 7 lb Roast - Chuck
- 2 lb Roast - Eye of Round
- 4 lb Roast - Sirloin Tip
- 6 lb Roast - Top Round
- 1 lb Roast - Petite Tender
- 2 lb Bones - Soup Bones
- 2 lb Bones - Marrow Bones
- 15 lb Bones - No Meat (great for dogs)
All beef is packaged in individual vacuum sealed packs and clearly labeled. We can have your steaks and roasts cut to the size you would prefer. After we receive a down payment we will contact you to get cutting instructions. You can also choose to order speciality items such as processed beef Keilbasa sausage, sweet bologna, or other items.
A quarter of beef will take up aproximately 5 cubic feet of freezer space. The average kitchen fridge/freezer is about 5 cubic feet.
